1. Two teenagers were arrested in connection with the shooting of a rideshare driver in North Minneapolis. Police said the driver was shot and seriously injured Wednesday night in the 2900 block of Bryant Avenue North. (CBS)

2. A St. Louis Park man faces arson charges after setting fire to his apartment building on Camerata Way. Officer said Kahron A. Nix also yelled death threats during the fire on Tuesday. (Patch)

3. Minnesota police will step up enforcement of the state’s distracted driving laws this month, Patch reports. Nearly 40,000 crashes have occurred in the state due to distracted driving since 2017. (Patch)

4. Tens of thousands of basketball fans are in Minneapolis this weekend for the NCAA Women's Final Four game. More than 20,000 spectators came to Target Center Friday night to watch Stanford, South Carolina, University of Connecticut and Louisville teams. (CBS)
