• Toxic Solvents Drive Plan To Add 3 Sites To Minnesota Cleanup List (patch.com) — St. Paul residents near Selby Avenue and Grotto Street North are being warned about long-term solvent contamination as the state moves to add the area to Minnesota’s top cleanup priority list. The MPCA has already installed vapor mitigation systems in 20 nearby buildings and is seeking public comments through mid-January while it plans further investigation and remediation at this and two other polluted sites.
