Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! The rain falling in Woodbury Saturday morning was expected to continue. The city could see up to a quarter of an inch of rain today, <a href="http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=44.915423&amp;lon=-92.94756619999998&amp;site=all&amp;smap=1&amp;searchresult=St%20Paul%2C%20MN%2055125%2C%20USA" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the National Weather Service</a>, and rain and snow are also expected tonight, though accumulation in Woodbury isn't supposed to amount to much. There's also a 20 percent chance of snow before noon on Sunday, when the high is expected to reach 32.
