The stalled contract talks echo other recent insurer-hospital disputes and are especially worrying for patients with chronic conditions who rely on long-term specialist relationships.

Brian Williams Recognized at Inaugural Fleming Holiday Joy & Jazz Brunch (themissouritimes.com) — Community-minded readers will want to know that a new annual Holiday Joy & Jazz Brunch is honoring educators and civic leaders who strengthen the St. Louis region, including State Sen.
