Arrest Made After Human Remains Found In Barrel In Las Vegas: LVMPD

LAS VEGAS, NV — A suspect has been taken into custody after human remains were found in a barrel, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to Patch Monday.
The discovery was made at 1:18 p.m. Tuesday near Palm Street and East Quail Avenue. The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was reported missing on November 3.
The suspect, 34-year-old Ryan Bentley, was taken into custody in the 7000 block of Alamosa Avenue and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for open murder with the use of a deadly weapon.
