4-Year-Old Found Dead In Las Vegas Freezer After Girl Gives Teacher A Note

Police found a boy dead inside a garage freezer at a Las Vegas home and said they were alerted after a girl gave her teacher a note.

LAS VEGAS, NV — Police found a 4-year-old boy dead inside a freezer at a northeast Las Vegas home and said they were alerted after an elementary school girl gave her teacher a note from her mother that said she thought her son was dead.

Police said a mother gave her daughter a note saying she was being held against her will and didn't know her son's whereabouts, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Ray Spencer told media outlets. The note said the youngest child hadn't been seen since Dec. 11. She believed he died.

Las Vegas police found the boy’s body inside a garage freezer at a home in the 4300 block of Saddle Brook Park Drive, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
