All 58 deaths ruled homicides.

LAS VEGAS, NV - All 58 victims who died at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on Oct. 1 died of one or multiple gunshot wounds, Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg announced on Thursday. All of the deaths were ruled a homicide.

The coroner's office also announced that gunman Stephen Paddock's has been ruled a suicide with a self-inflicted "intraoral" gunshot wound to the head.

The report sheds light into the nature of Paddock's rampage as he appeared to be randomly spraying the crowd. Only seven of the 58 victims died from multiple gunshot wounds.

A county spokesperson said the coroner's office was unable to provide details about ballistics or the caliber of bullets that struck each victim.

Before the coroner's report officially ruled all 58 died from homicide there was uncertainty as to the nature of each death. It was in question whether any victims died from being trampled as concertgoers fled the bullets.
