Las Vegas Metro Welcomes 34 New Recruits To The Force
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police announced they swore in 34 new recruits on Wednesday at a ceremony at The Orleans showroom.

LAS VEGAS, NV - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced the addition of 34 new members to the force on Wednesday. Metro announced that the recruits were sworn in during a ceremony at The Orleans showroom.

Last year the Clark County Commission approved the "More Cops" tax to hire more police officers in Clark County. The .10 percent tax increase paved the way for an additional 300 law enforcement hires in Clark County.
