Las Vegas Teacher Arrested For Alleged Lewdness With Child
Kweku Turkson, a Clark County School District teacher, is in custody and facing four counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14.
LAS VEGAS, NV - A man arrested on Friday for lewdness with a child is a Clark County School District employee, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
Kweku Turkson was arrested on Friday, Jan. 19 and charged with three counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14 and one count of attempted lewdness with a child under the age of 14, records show. Turkson was a teacher at West Prep Academy and had been employed by the school district since 2015, the Review-Journal reported. He will appear in court on Tuesday at 8 a.m.
