- Returning this year, Ethel M will host its ‘Lights of Love’ Valentine’s Day display in its famous three-acre cactus garden. The display will be viewable Feb. 3-14 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. nightly. Reservations will not be required this year; however, every individual will be charged $1 for entrance (cash or card). 100 percent of proceeds will benefit Help of Southern Nevada and Three Square Food Bank. - Following the CES tech event, the Las Vegas Convention Center will be hosting the “World of Concrete” event from Jan. 17-19. A construction industry staple, this event will feature 1,100 exhibitors for potentially its biggest showcase yet. This large showcase will be a key contributor to bringing in visitors during the slower winter months to start 2023. (VEGAS INC)
- Coming this Thursday for a three-week run, Broadway's “Moulin Rouge, The Musical” will be at the Smith Center’s regal Reynold’s Hall — and will feature famous Las Vegas native André Ward. Ward, a Bishop Gorman High School graduate, will be taking the stage for the first time in his illustrious career in his hometown. Ward and the rest of the crew look forward to seeing an audience full of emotion over the next three weeks, tickets for “Moulin Rouge” at thesmithcenter.com. (Las Vegas Sun)
