One Killed In Wednesday Morning Crash In Las Vegas

Metro police are investigating the 21st traffic-related fatality of 2018.

LAS VEGAS, NV - A person was killed in a single car crash Wednesday morning, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. on March 7 near Jones Blvd. and Deer Springs Way. Police say that the 24-year old driver of a 2004 Kia Rio was killed after the vehicle crossed the median from the southbound lane into the northbound lane of Jones Blvd. and struck a utility pole.

It is the 21st traffic-related fatality LVMPD has investigated so far this year.
