Project NEON Road Closures For Tuesday
Oakley Blvd. will be closed for Project NEON construction tonight into Wednesday morning.
LAS VEGAS, NV - Construction for Project NEON will close Oakley Blvd. under Interstate 16 on Tuesday night. The road will be closed from 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 26 until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27.
A detour is available by turning north on Rancho Dr. and taking Charleston Blvd. or turning south on Rancho Dr. and taking Sahara Ave.
Project NEON began in the summer of 2016. The extensive project to widen I-15 to accommodate increased traffic through the interstate which is expected to double by the year 2035.
