Man Threatened Shooting At Las Vegas Star Wars Showing: Report
A man was arrested for making terroristic threats when he told moviegoers he was going to shoot them at a Dec. 15 showing of Star Wars.

LAS VEGAS, NV - A showing of "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" was cut short earlier this month when a man threatened to shoot moviegoers while he was watching the movie inside a Las Vegas theater, according to a report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Mike Shoro, a crime reporter for the Review-Journal, reported that 37-year old Gary Williams became aggressive and began threatening people during the Dec. 15 matinee showing of the movie at a Las Vegas AMC theater on Las Vegas Blvd.
Williams allegedly said to a moviegoer "If you keep looking at me I will shoot you in the face," according to the news report. Williams was allegedly talking to himself when a woman turned around to ask him to be quiet. After Williams allegedly made threats with a gun, people began running from the movie theater, the police report states.

Williams left the theater as well and was monitored by theater security before being arrested by Metro police. While no weapon was found on him, Williams is being held in Clark County Detention Center on one count of making a terroristic threat. Court records indicate he is being held on $20,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.
