Suspect Sought In Las Vegas Sexual Assault

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are seeking help in identifying a suspect of a Nov. 11 sexual assault that took place at Desert Breeze Park.

LAS VEGAS, NV - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is seeking help in identifying a man who sexually assaulted a female jogger in Desert Breeze Park on the morning of Saturday, Nov. 11.

The assault occurred around 9:43 a.m. on Nov. 11 when a female jogger was tackled from behind by a man described as a black male in his 20s, roughly six feet tall and weighing 170 pounds, according to a press release from LVMPD.

The man allegedly demanded the female remove her shorts and tried to forcibly do so himself. The female resisted and convinced the suspect to accept a cash payment to leave her alone. The two went to a business located across the street from where the incident took place where she called for help and he fled on foot.
