- Discover a historic phone booth from the 1900s at the State house will dial Governor Sununu, and it takes messages! The throwback phone booth on loan from the New Hampshire Telephone Museum in Warner (that has the motto, "Live Free and Dial"), is from the New Hampshire Highway Hotel. The oak phone booth is located in the Executive Council Chamber, next to the office of the governor. You just may have to see it for yourself! (Patch)
- What kind of events will you find on the NHPR Folk Calendar? This week you will find an Open Mic Night at the Press Room in Portsmouth starting at 6 p.m., Line Dancing at the Saddle-up Saloon in Kingston at 7 p.m. a barn Dance with Stone Soup, Sandy Lafleur calling, at Robinwood Center in Stratham, just to name a few.
