34 Year-Old Man Killed In Motorcycle And SUV Crash In Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester fire, police, and AMR ambulance responded to Maple Street and Peal streets for an accident involving an SUV and a motorcycle Sunday.

While en route, responders were advised the man was unconscious and seriously injured. Police asked that a second ambulance also respond to the accident.

Police arrived at the crash at about 7 p.m. and learned a motorcycle that had been traveling east on Pearl Street had collided with an SUV that was traveling north on Maple Street.

The 34-year-old motorcycle operator from Manchester sustained serious life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Elliot Hospital where he succumbed to injuries. The driver of the SUV was a 66-year-old male also of Manchester, sustained minor injuries. Police said the identities of the motorcycle operator and the operator of the SUV involved are being withheld at this time.

The cause and totality of the crash are still under investigation by the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit.
