ARREST LOG: 21-Year Old Charged with Illegal Alcohol Sales

Thursday, May 16

2:23 p.m. - James J. Nelson, 21, of Derry, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with prohibited sales of alcoholic beverages.

7:27 p.m. - Gregory Lewin, 21, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop at Suffolk Court and charged with willful concealment and operating with a suspended registration.

Friday, May 17

5:45 a.m. - Kevin P. Finn, 23, of Bedford, arrested on Lancaster Lane and charged with criminal trespassing.

11:20 p.m. - Justin Pepelis, 34, of Derry, arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Wallace Road and charged as a habitual offender with driving after revocation or suspension.

Saturday, May 18

3:15 p.m. – Kristen L. Tarbell, 18, fof Bedford, arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Alder Way and Wallace Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

11:57 a.m. - Timothy Patrick Jonas, 52, of Pepperell, MA, arrested following a motor vehicle complaint on Route 101 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

5:11 p.m. - Tod James O'Connor, 47, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Sunday, May 19

3:33 a.m. - Brittany L. Hanson, 27, of Northfield, arrested on a warrant following a reported domestic disturbance on Boynton Street.
