Arrest Log: 35-Year Old Detained for Driving Drunk, Again

9:43 a.m. - Jayme L. Reid, 26, of Effingham, arrested on a bench warrant following a motor vehicle stop on River Road.
2:32 p.m. - Michael A. Russo, 21, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with theft by deception.
10:16 p.m. - Megan M. Mossey, 27, of Manchester, arrested on a bench warrant following a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
