The Bedford girls tennis team is no stranger to success, yet the Lady Bulldogs –who won the 2011 Division II title – were faced with the toughest of matchups when they opened play in their first Division I campaign at Bishop Guertin.
Indeed, the three-time defending D-I champs looked every bit the unstoppable force when they defeated the Lady B's, 8-1, on April 1.
Yet the locals bounced back in a definitive way Wednesday afternoon, defeating Nashua North, 9-0, to even their record at 1-1.
