Bedford Panera Purse Theft: Police Seek 4 Suspects
Bedford police asked the public's help identifying three men and woman who stole a woman's purse at Panera.

BEDFORD, NH — Bedford police are asking the public's help identifying four suspects in a theft at the Panera on Colby Court last week. Restaurant security camera footage showed the suspects — three men and a woman — pictured, according to Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski. The theft happened August 22 at about 2:30 p.m.
"At least four people that appeared to 'case' the business and worked together to steal the victim's purse," Bryfonski said in a statement. "The investigation further showed that the victim's credit cards were subsequently used in Manchester to make fraudulent purchases of thousands of dollars worth of electronics. The group also attempted to use the credit cards at the Bedford Target."
The suspects fled the Bedford Panera in a newer silver Ford Explorer, police said.
