Busy Bedford Road to Be Limited to One Lane Today

Anyone planning on taking a "dump run" on Thursday should be advised that the Town of Bedford will by paving Chubbuck Road.

That means that there will be alternating lane closures on the only road in and out of the town transfer station and department of public works. Significant delays should be expected for anyone using the road.

Also, with the exception of utility work by Pennichuck Water Works and tree clearing/removal by the contractor, Magazine Street construction will be suspended until approximately August 14, when the lower Riddle Brook crossing box culvert is expected to be delivered to the site for placement.
