Chamber Hosts "How to Improve Your Recruiting Capabilities"

The Greater Manchester Chamber will be hosting the second edition in a three part series about workforce recruitment and retention on March 9th at 12pm on Zoom. Alison Milioto, Co-founder and Owner of BlueLion LLC, kicked off the series earlier this month with a discussion on "Offering Unique Benefits to Grow Retention", which can be viewed here. In this presentation, Milioto shared unique benefits to implement in the workplace, low cost, no cost, and leveraging partners to provide more for your dollar options to your team.

On the 9th, Milioto will discuss how to attract top talent, discuss how to improve your company’s image, communicate strong compensation structures, and improve benefits to attract top talent. She will also cover writing strong job postings, outlining top benefits, adding benefits with minimal cost, transparent compensation, and social media/branding.
