As the holiday season kicks into high gear, Greater Manchester is gearing up to particpate in the Manchester Holiday Parade on December 2nd at 4pm in Downtown Manchester. This year, the Greater Manchester Chamber is adding a unique and interactive element to the festivities with their Ping Pong Giveaway, promising parade-goers a chance to win exciting prizes from local businesses.
An exciting aspect to this year's parade is the distribution of bright orange ping pong balls to the crowd by the Chamber's enthusiastic team. However, these aren't your ordinary ping pong balls; each one represents a winning ticket to redeem a prize at the Greater Manchester Chamber's headquarters located at 54 Hanover Street.
Cole Riel, from the Greater Manchester Chamber, expressed excitement about the program, stating, "When parade-goers randomly select their prizes, they’ll be directed to visit that business to redeem their prize. This provides a fantastic opportunity to attract new customers and for shoppers to discover something new in Manchester."
The participating businesses have joined hands to make this a grand success, offering an array of prizes ranging from $10 all the way up to $50 gift cards to 110 Grill. This initiative not only adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the parade but also serves as a platform for local businesses to connect with the community in a festive and memorable way.
