  2. Coffee lovers, did you know that coffee may benefit your heart and help you live longer? Despite the concern of some doctors about the impact of coffee on health, a recent study suggests that coffee may protect your heart "instead of causing or worsening heart problems." Drinking two to three cups of coffee a day has been associated with a 10% to 15% lower risk of heart disease, heart failure or a heart rhythm problem, the researchers said in a study published on Thursday. Coffee may also reduce the rate of dying early for any reason, they added. You can enjoy a cup of morning coffee at Flight Coffee, Starbucks, or one of the many breakfast restaurants in Bedford. It just may be good for your heart health. (WMUR)
  3. What's new at the Bookery Cafe on Elm Street in Manchester? If you find yourself in downtown Manchester, you may want to stop in at the new Cafe at the Bookery in downtown Manchester. In the fall of 2021, Tom Puskarich, owner of Tulip Hospitality companies, Restoration Cafe, and the vegan ghost kitchen Good and Plantry signed a five-year lease to help make The Bookery cafe a destination. He will be bringing back items like homemade donuts, soups, and new items, like locally brewed beer and cookies made by the Birdfood Baking Company in Goffstown.
