Fatal NH Crash: Teen, Woman Killed In White Mountains
New Hampshire State Police said Brodie Leavitt, 19, and Doresa Harrell, 60, were killed in a crash in Littleton on Route 18.

LITTLETON, NH — A 19-year-old from New Hampshire and a Georgia woman were killed in a crash in Littleton Monday morning, according to New Hampshire State Police. Police said Doresa Harrell, 60, of Georgia, was driving a Mitsubishi sport utility vehicle on Route 18 at about 4 a.m. when she slowed down to reverse direction and was struck by an Audi sedan occupied by Brodie Leavitt, 19, of Littleton, police said. Leavitt died at the scene and Harrell was transported to Littleton General Healthcare, where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Audi, Richard Maker, 23, of Littleton, was seriously injured, as was an unnamed juvenile passenger. The sole passenger in Harrell's vehicle, identified as Dexter Prescott, was also seriously injured.
Littleton is just north of Franconia in the White Mountains.
