Hundreds Flock to The Inside Scoop's Anniversary Celebration

Even Mother Nature couldn't keep them away.

As the rain poured down outside and thunderstorms moved through Bedford, hundreds of local children, parents and ice cream enthusiasts flocked to The Inside Scoop for $1 ice cream cones, face painting, samples and much more.

Lines often stretched out the doors Friday afternoon, but the smiles among "Scoop" owner Hillary Rankins (PLEASE, CLICK THE ATTACHED VIDEO to see what Hillary had to say about the festivities) and her staff were contagious, as the line moved quickly and every person was served with their flavor of choice.
