After a period of time, officers made entry and located the male in a closet. A firearm was not located, but it was determined that the man Christian Gerlach, 50 of Manchester, had 5 warrants out of Hillsborough County Superior Court-North. Gerlach was also charged with Resisting Arrest. Police did not release information on what the outstanding warrants were for, or what agencies issued them.

Just before 6:00 p.m., a man was handcuffed and placed on a stretcher. The man was transported by AMR ambulance from the scene with a MPD officer riding in the back of the ambulance.

The scene was cleared immediately after the man was removed by ambulance.
