Manchester Police Investigating Possible Stabbing On Cedar Street
A man, with an apparent wound to the neck, was taken to the hospital while several officers searched the area Cedar Street area of the city.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police, fire, and AMR ambulance responded to a residence on Cedar St near Maple for a reported stabbing Sunday at 10:45 a.m.
MFD and AMR were asked to wait to make entry until MPD could assure the scene was safe. MFD and AMR made entry and then walked an injured man to the ambulance — holding his neck area, which appeared to be covered in blood.
Several Manchester police officers set up a perimeter around the area with cruisers, and MPD Officer Valenti with his K-9 Axel deployed for a search. Officers with the k9 searched several blocks up to Wilson and Valley Street.

Crime scene tape was set up around a yard at Lincoln and Cedar streets where several items could be seen laying on the ground. At this time it is unknown what led to the incident and if it originated at Cedar and Maple or Cedar and Lincoln.
