Manchester SWAT Executes Search Warrant In West Side Apartment

MANCHESTER, NH — A Manchester police SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 743 Douglas St. The warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Special Enforcement Division on Wednesday.

Police arrested Charles Fowle, 42, of Manchester on a warrant for the sale of a controlled drug. During the search of the residence, a large quantity of cocaine was seized. Fowle was additionally charged with possession with intent to distribute.

During the execution of the search warrant, a second occupant identified as Gerald Swanson, 52, of Manchester was also taken into custody for possession of a controlled drug.
