MassMutual Northern New England Raising Funds for Children’s Charities

Jeans Days and Shoe Shine Machine raise money for
Easter Seals and Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua

 Bedford, N.H., May 30, 2014 – MassMutual Northern New England is hosting two charity campaigns at their Bedford office to benefit New Hampshire children, families and people with disabilities.

 The agency is currently holding Jeans Days to benefit Easter Seals. Employees will donate money to the charity for each day that they wear jeans to the office leading up to the 2014 Easter Seals Walk with Me event in Manchester. MassMutual Northern New England sponsors this fundraising walk annually and will present Easter Seals with the Jeans Days proceeds at the event on June 12th.

 Also at the Bedford office is a shoe shine machine to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua. Employees and visitors may pay one dollar for a shoe shine, and all proceeds will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club. This initiative will continue throughout 2014 with donations sent to the Boys and Girls Club in August and December. Over the years, the agency has supported the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua with donations totaling $12,000.

MassMutual will match all donations for both charities.
