Meet the Owner: TCBY Brings 'Fresh' Concept to Bedford

The idea came during a trip to Philadelphia two years ago. Now, after months of research, planning and hard work, Bedford resident Ann Lagasse has seen her business dream come true with the opening of TCBY in Bedford.

Bedford's newest and, well, only self-serve frozen yogurt establishment opened on Tuesday, April 2 in the Stop & Shop shopping center on Kilton Road.

“It tickles me to no end that it’s in my town,” said Lagasse.

So far, business has been great, she added, noting guests of all ages and health requirements have already stopped in to enjoy the shop's 12 different flavors, including sugar-free and dairy-free options.

Though TCBY is currently open to all, a grand opening celebration is scheduled for Saturday, April 27.
