  1. Outdoor enthusiasts, a new REI Co-Op store is coming to the Market and Main shopping center in Bedford. REI announced it is "officially coming to Market and Main" on South River Road next fall. The new location will be next to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. The store stocks equipment and clothing for camping, water sports, and hiking, and will also provide a full-service bike shop and ski and snowboard shop with curbside pickup, the company said in a recent release.   2. New applications for emergency rental assistance are no longer being accepted from Bedford and other New Hampshire residents, officials announced. Under the New Hampshire Emergency Rental Assistance Program, applications already submitted "will be reviewed and funded." New Hampshire "won’t receive any additional resources" from the United States Treasury to continue to fund the program after Dec. 29. (Eagle-Tribune)
  3. A shoutout to Jake, a Star Student Athlete from Bedford! Patch has launched an initiative with T-Mobile to recognize athletes who are also making a difference in their communities.   4. RTM Communications of Bedford was acquired by IntraSystems of Braintree, Massachusetts. A release noted that the Bedford acquisition will "expand IntraSystems’ geographic reach in the Northeast and enhance company offerings and resources, particularly in the areas of managed services and cybersecurity."
