- New Hampshire is facing an increased threat from cyberattacks as the war in Ukraine continues, cybersecurity experts say. Consultant Jason Sgro said, New Hampshire, which usually has two or three major new ransomware variants a year, already has "nearly a dozen variants" from abroad. Who is responsible? "I can’t say this is Russia attacking us," already said, but New Hampshire cities and towns, like Bedford, need to immediately do more to prepare. At a minimum, two-factor authentication should be required for high-value targets," like finance directors and town managers," Sgro said, and all cities, towns and businesses need to conduct a comprehensive review to make sure their systems are protected. - Head's up, Bedford! Helicopters will be flying in the skies over Bedford for the next few days according to a recent Manchester Information (MI) Facebook post. MI said they get "a lot of inquiries" when helicopters are flying in the area. Eversource will be conducting helicopter patrols to check power lines over the next few days in the Bedford area from 7 a.m.- 3 p.m., weather permitting. (Facebook)
