NH Teens Shouting 'Bike Life' Arrested In Riot: Police
Manchester police said they arrested a group of teenagers who attacked people with scooters and threw rocks at buildings.

MANCHESTER, NH — A group of Manchester teenagers were arrested Monday after police said they caused a riot — fighting with each other, throwing rocks at buildings and attacking passersby with scooters and bicycles. The eight teenagers — ranging in age from 14 to 17 — were charged with a host of crimes, including rioting and resisting arrest.
Police said the incident happened in the Pine Street area. The first officers on scene saw the group beating another teen with a stick.
"The officers attempted to intervene at which point the suspects began to run/bike away," Manchester police Lieutenant Brian O'Keefe said in a statement. "Many of the juveniles seemed to be filming themselves as officers were in pursuit and some were shouting 'Bike Life' as the officers were in chase."
