If you look up in the night sky Thursday and Friday night away from streetlights, you may catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis, also known as The Northern Lights. A solar storm a few days ago created a burst of energy in our atmosphere that may be seen as colorful wavering lights, often in green hues, in the night sky. The Northern Light may be visible as far south as New York. Look for the Northern Lights in the north, sometime after midnight. (WMUR)

Only about half of the $3 million in grants to provide relief to restaurants that lost business due to the COVID-19 pandemic have been used. Even with pending grants likely to be approved, the program could have "about $1.4 million left" state officials said. the Local Restaurant Infrastructure Program to support independent, local small businesses. was announced by Governor Chris Sununu last November.
