Pedestrian Killed In Manchester As He Tries To Cross Elm Street
Manchester police are investigating a fatal accident in front of City Hall. The 69-year-old man was struck by a bicyclist and died.
MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Fire engine 5 was flagged down on Elm Street near City Hall for a man that was in cardiac arrest on Thursday.
Firefighters immediately began CPR, and AMR ambulance responded. It was quickly determined that the 69-year-old man had been struck by a vehicle. The man was transported to the Elliot Hospital at about 7:00 p.m.
Manchester police Traffic Crash Analysis and Reconstruction Team responded and investigated the incident. Police determined the man was attempting to cross Elm Street and was struck a 25-year-old on a bicycle.

The pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The crash is currently being investigated by the Manchester Police Traffic Crash Analysis and Reconstruction Team.
