Police: West St Shooting Victim Shot Himself In The Leg
Police arrested two men Isaiah Nabors they say he shot himself and Matthew Gagne who is accused of falsifying evidence.

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester police, fire, and AMR Ambulance responded to 91 West Street for a person suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg Wednesday.
Responders found an 18-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound in the leg. Fire and EMS treated the victim at the scene and transported him to the Catholic Medical Center with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Police closed off a section of West Street and with guns drawn search the house where the shooting allegedly happened. Police used a drone, and a k9 to assist them however no suspect was located.

Police determined through their investigation that the shooting victim actually shot himself in the leg, and there was not a shooting suspect.
Thursday police arrested the shooting victim and identified him as Isaiah Nabors, 18 of Manchester. Nabors was charged with felony Reckless Conduct with a deadly weapon. Although police say Nabors shot himself, details were not provided on how the incident occurred.

Nabors was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned at a date to be determined.
Investigators also arrested Matthew Gagne, 21 of Manchester, and charged him with Falsifying Physical Evidence related to this incident. Court documents were not available to show the current bail status.
