One of the biggest opportunities for local businesses to get noticed is Small Business Saturday, which takes place on November 30th this year. Whether you’re offering in-store experiences, virtual services, or special promotions, now is the time to get your business in front of eager holiday shoppers.

Sign Up for Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday is a nationwide event that encourages people to shop locally and support small businesses. It’s the perfect day to capture the holiday spirit and engage with your community. The Greater Manchester Chamber has been working to amplify the efforts of local businesses participating in Small Business Saturday since 2016, and we want to make sure your business is part of the celebration.
How to participate:
- Fill out the Small Business Saturday form to share your plans for the day and the holiday season. Whether you're offering in-store specials, hosting events, or providing virtual support, we’ll help spread the word.
- Once you’ve filled out the form, we’ll include your business in a comprehensive blog post that will be promoted across various media channels. This will increase visibility for your business during the critical holiday shopping season.
- The Chamber will also provide you with marketing tools, including graphics and signage, that you can use to promote your business on social media, your website, or in-store.

Get Involved in the Downtown Manchester Passport Program
Looking to drive even more traffic to your business this holiday season? The Downtown Manchester Passport Program is another fantastic way to engage with holiday shoppers. When you sign up, your business will be included in a fun, city-wide challenge where shoppers collect stamps by visiting participating businesses.
How it works:
- To participate, all you need to do is provide a $25 gift card to be included in the raffle
- When shoppers visit your business, they’ll ask you to sign off on their passport, certifying their visit
- Once a shopper collects stamps from 12 or more participating businesses, they can submit their completed passport for a chance to win the grand raffle prize.
This program is a great way to encourage shoppers to explore downtown, increase foot traffic, and highlight your business as a key destination for the season.
