Prowling Teens Busted for Theft

Tuesday, April 23

3:47 a.m. - 17-year-old juvenile arrested on Hersey Street and charged with receiving stolen property and prowling after police responded to a suspicious activities call.

3:47 a.m. - Shawn Ballou, 18, of Manchester, arrested on Hersey Street and charged with receiving stolen property and prowling after police responded to a suspicious activities call.

3:47 a.m. - Joseph Kinney, 19, arrested on Hersey Street and charged with receiving stolen property and prowling after police responded to a suspicious activities call.

6:45 a.m. - Shawn Ballou, 18, of Manchester, arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and prowling in connection with a theft on Whittemore Street.

10:33 a.m. - Shawn Ballou, 18, of Manchester, arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and prowling in connection with a theft on Palomino Lane.

6:43 p.m. - Matthew Brown, 52, of Manchester, arrested for shoplifting on South River Road and charged with willful concealment.
