The Bedford Education Association (BEA) is offering $1,000 scholarships to two Bedford High School students who are graduating in 2013 and planning to work in education upon graduation. Candidates must complete the online application at www.bedfordbea.org by April 19, and provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, community service supervisor, employer, or coach. 3. Bow Wow Bedford. Bedford residents are invited to bring their four-legged friends to the Animal Rescue League, on Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., for a $19 rabies clinic and discounts for Bedford residents for Micro chipping.
