Serious Crash Involving Ambulance in Bedford
The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on New Boston Road.

UPDATE, 10:30 p.m.: According to a Bedford Police press release, the crash on New Boston Road reportedly occurred in the area of Tirrell Hill Road and involved a Bedford ambulance and a 2011 Buick Lacrosse. The occupants of both vehicles were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
New Boston Road was closed for about four hours while the accident was investigated.

UPDATE, 7:10 p.m.: Bedford Police said the accident on New Boston Road at McAllister has been cleared. New Boston Road is now opened to all traffic.
