  1. The results are in for the midterm elections! Bedford residents waited in long lines to cast ballots at Bedford High School in the Nov. 8 election —and the results are in. With 70 percent of votes counted Wednesday morning, Bedford re-elected Governor Chris Sununu, and voted for Maggie Hassan for the U.S Senate, Chris Pappas for Congress, Ted Gatsas for the Executive Council, and Bedford's Denise Ricciardi for state senator. See our Bedford election results here. Congratulations to those serving in 2022! (Bedford Patch)
  2. A shoutout to the GZA GeoEnvironmental team who spent a day volunteering for the Animal Rescue League of N.H. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves and helped shelter animals by making "animal enrichment toys," assembling dog beds and spending time socializing with shelter animals. The ARLNH posted, "A huge thank you to GZA GeoEnvironmental for supporting and volunteering!" (Animal Rescue League of NH via Facebook)
  3. It's time for "Sleds, Trees and Countdowns!" Paint a holiday sled, Christmas tree or Christmas countdown calendar with the Canvass Road Show/Stain and Hammer. This holiday-themed workshop is on Thursday, Nov. 10. Try your hand at creating a one-of-a-kind project, and bring your own beer or wine to sip, but "if you are feeling sick, please stay home" and "please arrive on time."
