  1. What we love about real estate in Bedford is that it's always changing. There are a variety of homes currently for sale to browse through. If you are looking for a home, or if you're curious about what properties are currently listed in the Bedford area, Patch and Redfin.com have the latest listings in this week's Bedford Area Real Estate Roundup: (Bedford Patch)
  2. New Hampshire businesses received letters from the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office asking them to stop collecting donations for Ukraine. The attorney general's office said businesses are not registered as charitable organizations in the state, so are not able to accept donations. The AG wants people to donate but said that the law protects people from falling victim to scams. Tom Donovan, director of charitable trusts, said "the people in Ukraine need help now," adding, "It's best to work with an existing charity if you can." You can read the full story here: (WMUR)
  3. Will daylight saving time become permanent in Bedford? The U.S. Senate just passed a bipartisan bill called the Sunshine Protection Act, sponsored by Republican Sen. Mark Rubio. The bill making the spring-forward time change permanent in the United States passed without opposition in the Senate. If it passes in the House and is signed into law, the country won't have to turn clocks back an hour in the fall. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, the lead Democratic sponsor, said, before the bill passed, that making daylight saving time permanent means that Americans will no longer have to "fall back" and it will add "a little sunlight into most people's lives."
