SWAT Incident In Manchester Ends Peacefully With One In Custody
Convicted Felon Khamin Todd of Manchester is accused of threatening people with a knife. He faces Criminal Threatening with a deadly weapon
MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police responded to Central St for a report of someone allegedly threatening a man with a knife Tuesday.
Police set up a perimeter around the Central Street location around noon, and the Manchester Police SWAT was requested at the scene.
SWAT team members and patrol officers closed Central Street between Pine and Union and brought the Bearcat to the area where the incident occurred. Police ordered
people to come outside with their hands up. A man and woman left through a back door without incident, but a third person refused to come out.

Police learned that the man inside had gotten into an altercation with another man. It was reported that he was yelling and damaging things inside the apartment. During the course of the incident, he pulled out a knife and threatened the other man with it.
SWAT personnel were deployed and requests over the loudspeaker were made for the third person to come out.

The person, identified as Khamin Todd, 36 of Manchester came outside and was arrested. Todd was charged with criminal hreatening with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief.
Todd was also found to have an active arrest warrant for a parole violation. Todd is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
