Why We're Wishing These Bedford Little Leaguers Well
Here are seven things you should know heading into what looks to be a beautiful Bedford weekend!

1. Good luck, boys! The New Hampshire state-champion Bedford Little League 9- and 10-year-old all-stars head to Cranston, Rhode Island today to represent the Granite State in the Eastern Region Baseball Tournament this week!
Bedford's 9- and 10-year-old all-stars include:

2. Early rain? After a damp start, today is going to transition into a beautiful summer weekend. The National Weather Service calls for showers early today, with a 40-percent chance of rain in the AM, and then partly cloudy skies in the afternoon with a high near 83 degrees and a nighttime low of 62 degrees.
3. Your weekend outlook. Here's a glance at what Mother Nature has in store the rest of the weekend:
- Saturday: A slight chance of showers after 10 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 82.
- Saturday Night: A slight chance of showers after midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 59.
- Sunday: A chance of showers, mainly between 1 and 5 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 80.
- Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 55
