Educators Run For Open Zone C Concord Board Of Education Seat: Video

CONCORD, NH — Two highly educated educators are seeking the open Zone C board of education seat to represent Wards 8, 9, and 10 on Nov. 4.

Alexander Dubois is on the ballot, while Aaron Thompson is running as a write-in candidate after being bumped from the ballot due to a registration snafu.

The candidates answered questions about the lack of transparency on what a new middle school actually costs, whether to sell the former Eastman Elementary School property before knowing what will be done with the property, traits they will look for in a new school superintendent, and the lack of academic improvement and student outcomes after per-pupil costs have nearly doubled in a decade.
