Lawrence Teen Indicted On Gun Shop Burglary, Theft Charges: Roundup

Hampton woman faces falsifying physical evidence charge; man indicted on 5th DUI charge; man accused of spitting on a corrections officer.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County.

Thomas Kimball MacMullin, 60, of Warren Avenue in Harvard, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Between March 21 and March 22 in Seabrook, he was accused of retaining fuel, tie-downs, Milwaukee batteries, and a motorcycle cover owned by Home Depot, Manchester Honda, and others, knowing or believing the items had been stolen.

Dawn Mansfield, 58, of Stickney Terrace in Hampton on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of removing a firearm and ammo from a storage unit in Hampton between Feb. 16 and March 9 and brought them to Timothy Wells to impair an investigation, according to an indictment.

Jade E. Markham, 26, of High Street in Pembroke on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen 2019 Honda Civic in Northwood between Sept. 18 and Sept. 25, 2022.

Jalil McIntyre, 32, of 180th Street in Jamaica, New York on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s in Seabrook in Jan. 27.

Derek Mercado, 18, of Union Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking and burglary charges. On Dec. 8, 2021, he was accused of working with others to burglarize and steal multiple guns from Second Amendment Outdoors in Derry.

Justin Aaron Michaud, 36, of Darby Lane in Manchester on a felony count of assaults by prisoners and a criminal threatening charge. He was accused of spitting in the face of a Rockingham County Jail corrections officer and saying, “I’ll knock you the f--- out,” on March 13.

Matthew Robert Montana, 24, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of trying to conceal merchandise in Newington by hiding it in a suitcase on May 13. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Samuel Melvin Montoya, 61, of Perkins Avenue in Seabrook on driving under the influence and two operating after being deemed a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Brentwood on March 7 while under the influence of a drug or liquor and driving on Hodgdon Way in Portsmouth on Dec. 1, 2022. Montoya’s previous DUI convictions include Dec. 16, 2020, and Dec. 7, 2021, in Hampton District Court, Laconia District Court on Dec. 22, 2020, and March 28, 2022, in Candia District Court.

Darrell Charles Moore, 36, of Moores Lane in Seabrook on sale of buprenorphine and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. The drug charge was from an alleged incident in Seabrook with a cooperating individual on Nov. 10, 2022, and the theft charge reportedly involved merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on April 13. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.
