Litchfield Man Indicted For Threatening, Assaulting Hampton Cops: Superior Court Roundup
NY man indicted on Salem ID fraud charges; Mass. woman indicted on scissors threat charge; Portsmouth teen indicted on bike threat charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Brendan Rory Ekstrom, 35, of Keats Drive in Derry on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of failing to stop at the scene of a crash with injury on Aug. 19, 2023, on Route 107 in Seabrook.
Virgen Solange Fernandez, 38, of Montgomery Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Old Navy in Salem on July 10, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Bryan Thomas Foley, 42, of Wood Hawk Way in Litchfield on extended term of imprisonment-second-degree assault and two extended term of imprisonment-criminal threatening charges, all felonies, and eight extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charges. He was accused of assaulting Hampton police officers, threatening to kill them while holding a knife-box cutter, and strangling one officer on Nov. 16, 2023, in Hampton.
James Christian Folks, 36, of East 221st Street in the Bronx, New York, on two felony identity fraud charges. He was accused of presenting a California driver’s license of another person to the Verizon store on Cluff Crossing Road and the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on Dec. 7, 2023.

Jenny Dee Jacobs, 48, of Weare Street in Rochester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Epping on Aug. 9, 2023.
Nicholas James Jenkins, 28, of Smith Pond Road in Raymond on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians on Ocean Boulevard in danger by nearly striking them and driving faster than the posted speed limit on Sept. 4, 2023, in Hampton.
Sheena M. Jones, 39, of Beaver Place in Billerica, MA, on second-degree assault and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening to kill another woman while holding scissors in Salem on Oct. 2, 2023.
Joseph Frederick LeBlanc, 59, of Midland Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of accepting a $4,500 deposit between June 26 and Oct. 18, 2021, to build a deck in Salem and failed to complete it.
Joseph M. Libby, 35, of East Sebago, Maine, on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense-sell, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was aided or acting in concert with Jacqueline Nicole Roland to control the drugs, including 5 grams or more of fentanyl, according to the indictment, on May 4, 2023, in Epping.
Matthew Lee Marlett, 45, of Elm Street in Goffstown on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on Auburn Road in Londonderry on Aug. 8, 2022.
Aiden M. McDonough, 19, of F. W. Hartford Drive in Portsmouth on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a motorized bicycle from another person in Portsmouth on Oct. 25, 2022.
