Seabrook Woman Indicted In Seacoast Scissors Stabbing Case: Rockingham Court Roundup

Plus: Haverhill man indicted on burglary, theft charges; Nottingham, Lawrence habitual offenders indicted; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Trisha Ann Eaton, 37, of Adams Avenue in Seabrook on second-degree assault and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing a man in the abdomen with a pair of scissors and removing the scissors and a sweatshirt, and placing them in a wooded area of town, to impair an investigation on April 20 in Seabrook.

Adam Cody Ferrara, 36, of County Farm Cross Road in Dover on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 6 in Newington.

Brett Jonathan Ferraro, 35, of Salem Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle in the Rockingham Village Apartments parking lot in Seabrook on April 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Adam Paul Forest, 40, of Caraway Lane in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle on the Interstate 93 northbound Exit 3 offramp in Windham at a high rate of speed, traveling in the wrong directly, while fleeing law enforcement on Dec. 22, 2022.

Matthew J. Freeman, 50, of South Summer Street in Nottingham on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender and driving-operating under the influence of drugs-liquor charges. He was accused of driving while intoxicated and as a habitual offender on Stage Road in Nottingham on March 23.

John A. Furtado Jr., 47, of Rand Drive in Chester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Charles Corcoran to stealing a Yamaha motorcycle and ramp from Extra Space Storage in Salem on Aug. 24, 2022, according to the indictment.

Christopher Gaffney, 18, of Washington Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Gianfranco Gonzalez to burglarize Circle K in Hampstead to steal cigarettes and steal a Honda Accord in Salem on March 13.

Briana Marie Julia Gammon, 35, of Route 11 in Farmington on attempted theft by unauthorized taking, possession of fentanyl, and delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Portsmouth on March 20. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges. Gammon was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County Jail on March 23.
