Two Seacoast Residents Busted for Marital Non-Support

Alan Jude Brien, 47, and Christopher J. Stevens, 41, have been arrested for failing to pay.

The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 29

  • Alex James Noonan, 25, of 23 Bedford St., Haverhill, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on two counts of receiving stolen property.
  • Donald Richard Fields, 46, of 26 Hampstead Road, Sandown was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear in small claims court.
Dec. 30
  • Philip Michael Bryant, 26, of 20 Adams St., Bangor, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for trial on a marijuana possession charge.
Dec. 31
  • Marcus James Smith, 23, of 459 Walker Road, Lyman, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of cocaine charges.
Jan. 2
  • Joseph G. Bella, 37, of 306 Juniper Road, Orange, CT was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on a falsifying physical evidence charge.
  • Hayley Shawn Kretchmar, 21, of 44 Emerald Drive, Barrington was arrested on a judge's order for heroin possession.
  • Gina Ann Mackie, 38, of 6 Willow Road, Kingston was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and for failure to pay legal fees.
  • Alan Jude Brien, 47, of 4 Ocean Drive, Seabrook was arrested for nonpayment of marital support.
  • Christopher J. Stevens, 41, of 47 Weare Road, Apt. #3-21, Seabrook was arrested for nonpayment of marital support.

  • Randy Elwell, 19, of 24 Harriman Road, Raymond was arrested on a judge's order. 
  • Michael David Fecteau, 39, of 10 Keyes Hill Road, Pelham was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on heroin possession and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle charges.
  • Megan Lorette Seymour, 27, of 777 Middle St., Apt. #67, Portsmouth was arrested on a judge's order.
